Morning Offering

Praying together as a family is awesome glue. More on this later. Praying separately FOR our family is important too. Since our family members wake at different times, we each say a Morning Offering and ask that God bless our family throughout the day.

As wife and mother, I like to pray this Consecration to the Sacred Heart of Jesus and Immaculate Heart of Mary for my entire family, including my extended family, as a Morning Offering. I first found this prayer in a sweet little book called The Catholic Mother's Resource Guide.
