Little Vacation to the Shore

Our family is off to the coast for a mini-vacation. Our goal is to enjoy the beach in a leisurely manner. It may be cool and rainy. We couldn't be more pleased! We have our One Small Square Seashore book, some simple food, and clothes for layering packed. We're even bringing my parents along for some added fun. These breaks from our routine fill us up with rest and love and special common experiences and often a shared fiasco story or two. There is something about vacations that lend themselves to making lifelong memories...real good family glue.
